1: I participated in the webcast

I participated in the webcast (listened to? I feel such a novice, not knowing the terminology) presented in May by Helene Blowers, Public Services Technology Director for the Public Library of Charlotte & Mecklenburg County. It was the first time I did that, so I had to download an audio component first...learnt a few technical things while viewing the class. I was curious about all the things depicted, and especially remember the thousand or so teens who had one library as their "friend"in MySpace.
